There is a facility of a Hotel Searcher, at home page, where you can select the Tourist Resort, Area and Category of the Hotel you want. In addition if you need any special service at the hotel you are looking for, the Searcher gives you the possibility to select three of them. The result of the search will give you the list of all hotels, if any, that matches the selection requested, with links to the specific pages of each one, where you can find more information in order to help you to make the best selection.

Once in the hotel page you will find a description, list of all services and photos of the hotel. You can also request for meal suplements and transfer IN/OUT. Pressing the Reserve button you will send this reservation to the Reservation List. This facility have the options of deleting or editing a previous reserve.

Have in mind that child's less than three years, are not taking into account when selecting the amount of rooms, even though you must include them in the form.

A detail description of all available excursion for a given Resort are shown. Select one of them, and enter the date you want and the number of persons. Pressing Reserve button, it will take you to the Reservation List with the excursion selected included. Here, as in above cases, you have the options of deleting or editing a previous reserve.

In addition, you can ask for more information or reserve other services shawn in this site, such as VIP Services, Groups and Incentives, Golf, Scuba Diving, Combined Packages or Domestic Flights, and also the Special Offers. For these, please, send an e-mail to info@mytravelcuba.com or include your questions in the section Observation of the Reservation List . You will have a reply with the answers in a term of 24 hours.

Confirmation of a Reservation Request
You will receive by e-mail a copy of your Reservation List, identified with an unique Reservation Number, which you have to refer to in any further contact with the Agency.

Our commercial agents will take care to verify with our Cuban providers, the availability of the services you requested. You will receive, in a term of 48 hours, an e-mail with the confirmation of the reservation. In the case that any of the services requested can not be confirmed it will be our obligation to offer alternatives for similar services.

When you confirm your satisfaction with all details of the reservation, we will send you by e-mail an invoice, which includes the payment procedures. All prices in our services are in U.S.D.
